The prices are in Euro per apartment and day according to the specified number of people.
For stays of less than five days, an additional 25€ will e charged . Short trips (≤ 5 days) can only be booked 6 weeks before arrival.
Free of charge are: cooking and eating utensils, linens, towels and bath towels, toiletries, parking, sunlounger, TV.
The price includes: electricity, water, heating, taxes, final cleaning.
Arrival and departure
Check in time is 15.00 on the date of arrival.
Check out time is 10.00 on the date of departure.
We guarantee you a clean, neat and tidy apartment at your arrival which corresponds to our high quality standards.
On request it is possible to change the time of arrival and/or departure.
House Rules
Our apartments are non-smoking rooms, it is however possible to smoke on the balcony.
Pets are not allowed.
